If you haven't noticed yet: Our Black Forest is important to us! That's why we work with many regional partners and friends.
Also culinary: Almost all of our products come from the immediate area around Linach.
Every weekend we buy our produce fresh from the surrounding farms. We want to stay regional to protect our environment and support the farmers in the region.
